Mental illness. It affects all of us in one way or another. Indirectly, or directly. This week is mental illness awareness week , and my heart has been pleasantly overwhelmed by the positive posts I have seen on various social media platforms. This is a conversation that NEEDS to take place. People with mental illness often feel isolated, and excluded. By refusing to talk about these issues, we, as a society, are perpetuating these feelings.
